Jura offers an extended warranty for commercial machines at the time of purchase and during the original warranty period of the machine. All warranties must be purchased within the original or extended warranty period, without lapse.
- Extended warranty purchased extends the current warranty by a period of 12 months without lapse
- Warranty cover can only be extended with a full, chargeable service required and carried out provided the extended warranty is purchased within the current warranty period
- Parts and Labour included
- Damage or malfunction caused by user error, neglect or failure due to improper use not covered
- General maintenance and consumables not included or covered
- Equipment older than five years old cannot be covered by Jura's extended warranty
