Warranty

All our pre-owned Jura machines come with a 3-month warranty, so in the unlikely event of a problem occurring with the machine, simply contact us in the first instance and we will advise the next steps.

If we need to get the machine back into the workshop we will ask you to pack it in the original packing, so you will need to keep the box and packaging, and we will get it collected by courier.

Providing it has not been caused by improper use or lack of maintenance, we will repair and replace any parts and ship it back to you.

Jura A1 Piano black just over 2 years old and in lovely condition. Manufacture date in 2020, just serviced. Brand new brew unit fitted as a precaution as well a new hose to the pump and a new water tank connection assembly as this was leaking a little.
