Cold: Thanks to the Cold Extraction Process, the J10 prepares genuine Cold Brew specialities. Extraction takes place using the espresso method, involving high-pressure pulses of cold water pressed through the ground coffee. Sweet: The subtle sweetness of the delicate, finely textured milk foam opens up a whole new world of coffee pleasure. Depending on the speciality, the machine will recommend setting the consistency to 'mild' or 'intense'. Whether fine or coarse, the resulting grind maximises the flavour in the cup. The grinding level can be adjusted at any time, as the P.A.G.2⁺goes into rest mode before and after preparation, which helps promote a consistent grind and long service life.
